Overview

The distributed computer system integrating route information is used for disseminating timely train information to passengers. Almost 1,000 PIDS are deployed at the entrances, platforms and concourses in Lantau-Airport Railway (Tung Chung Line + Airport Express), West Rail Line, South Island Line (East) and Light Rail in Hong Kong whereas hundreds of PIDS were installed in Singapore’s North East Line.
